对外文化交流中心是学校进行国内外文化艺术交流的专门机构。为国内外学校之间的友好交往，本校师生出国深造、访问演出等，提供咨询服务。引进外籍教师来校授课，逐步拓展艺术教学的领域。承揽国内外文化交流活动等项目，先后组织了“中国青年艺术团”赴印尼演出和“2004欢聚北京国际青少年音乐节”等活动。

    The Center for Cultural Exchange is a special agency that promotes the communications between this school and many others domestic and abroad, consults on such services as studying abroad, visiting performance.
