为了加强学生的现金管理并方便学生提取，学校设立了现金管理中心。学生到校后把现金存在管理中心，由管理中心发放校内“一卡通”（磁卡）。凭卡可以在餐厅、商店、数字阅览室等部门消费，也可以随时提取现金。该中心并代售学生宿舍电话所用的201卡。
